He is survived by: his wife Jan Smagacz (Lagow); his children, Jason Smagacz (Ginny Lawhead) and Jennifer Sanders (Brenda Hudgen); his brother Kevin Smagacz (Wendy); his stepsister Tammy Klavon (Ray); and his grandchildren, Andrew Farley, Jessa Kerns and Kylee Kerns. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
