She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Benton and Carrie Benton; and her brothers, Barney Benton, Thomas Benton, Jr., Levi Benton, Bennie Benton, Jerry Benton and Ivory Benton.
She is survived by : her son Jeremy Rawls (Althea); her grandchildren, Simeon Rawls, Benjamin Rawls and Olivia Rawls; and her siblings, Cora Musgraves, Rutha Lee Musgraves, Eunice Branner (Edward), Willie Lee Benton and Jeanette Thompson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
