With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cephas Horne of Auburn Hills, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bishop Cleveland and Kathaleen Horne; his nephew Paul Davenport; his great-niece Dorese Clark; and his son-in-law Robert James.
He is survived by: his wife Marydell Singleton; his daughters, Rhonda, Kelli (Lorenzo), Sarah "Dana" (Stephen), Rene (Curtis) and Trenna; his siblings, Paul Horne and Minister Katha Lee James; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Sydney Banks and Ethan Turner. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
