Doris Bork Obituary

We announce the death of Doris Bork of Auburn Hills, Michigan, who passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 70. Doris will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Gregory Bork; her parents, Foster Maggard and Marie Maggard; and her siblings, Jackie Maggard, Jesse Maggard, Helen Frederick and Rene Maggard.

She is survived by: her children, Matthew Bork, Anthony Bork, Alexandra Bork (Nathanial Martinez) and Nicole Bork (Ken Irwin III); her granddaughters, Sophia and Rosalie; and her siblings, Liz Austin (Elmer), Blue Watson (Darrel), Damron Maggard, Sue Meyers (Steve), Foster Maggard Jr. (Debbie), Ann O'Rourke and Mae Mullins. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and many friends.

She later returned to the workforce doing what she loved-interior design and painting -until COVID-19.
