He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Shipley and Loleta Shipley (Rayburn). He is survived by: his wife Sallie Shipley (Murdock); his sons, Daniel (Kate), Michael (Sherry), David (Jessica) and Matthew Shipley (Nikki); and his brother Charles Shipley. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
