With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Thomas Garza of Auburn Hills, Michigan, born in Hamtramck, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy James leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Garza and Henrietta Garza; his children, Jamie Garza, Michael Garza (Ashley), Matthew Garza (Casey) and Mark; and also Jim.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Church (4900 Maybee Rd, Village of Clarkston, MI 48348). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
