He was predeceased by : his parents, Rose E. Winstanley (Bullard) and Sidney J. Winstanley, Sr.; his brother Sidney J. Winstanley, Jr.; and his stepbrother Robert A. Sutton. He is survived by : his sisters, Susan Songerath-Winstanley (Rick) and Rose Trefz-Winstanley (John); his nieces and nephews, Rich Wilcox (Angela), Joshua Wilcox (Sandra), Hannah Rose Winstanley, Kathi Ice and Ryan Songerath; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittani, Olivia, John, Grace, Hope, Adam, Maya, Alexander, Emma Rose, April and Damian; his sister-in-law Maggie Winstanley; his close friend Gary Osborne; and his cousins, Josephine and Winston Williams. He is also survived by beautiful children and their children's children.
