He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Frances; his wife Dorothy A. Kroupa; his siblings, Chester Rytlewski (Patricia), Rita Nunn (Mac) and Hubert Rytlewski; and his brothers-in-law, Albert Kroupa and Jim Krzyminski.

He is survived by: his sons, Dave Rytlewski (Christie), Doug Rytlewski (Connie), Duane Rytlewski (Cheryl) and Dale Rytlewski (Toni); his grandchildren, Abbey, Bailey, Destinee, Chase, Allie (Ryan), Cayla (Mark), Amanda (Joe), Matt (Renee) and Susie; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Kiter (Vera), Dorothy Krzyminski and Bonnie Kroupa. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
