He was predeceased by: his brother James P. Gorzinski (Jim); his parents, Stanley J. Gorzinski and Judith J. Gorzinski (Sczepanski); and his grandparents, Jacob, Genevieve "Jenny" Gorzinski, Edward and Elizabeth Sczepanski.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Phinney; his sons, Bryan Stein, Michael, Jake and Nicholas Gorzinski; his sisters, Deanna Pope (Ron) and Lisa Dunham (Eric); his sister-in-law Julie Gorzinski; his pet Loki; and his aunt June (Fournier). He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
