She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Owczarzak and Gladys Owczarzak; her husband John Kozuch; her son Ronald; her grandchildren, Keith Kozuch, Teia Kozuch and Martin Coyer; and her great grandchild Spencer Gregg.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Kozuch (Linda), Janet Coyer (Joe), Cynthia Stewart (Randy) and Bernadette Anderson; her grandchildren, Kurt Kozuch, Kerry Pabami (John), Tammy Nelson, Leeza Bacon (Jim), Bryan Coyer, Jason Coyer, Adam Stewart (Nikki), Justin Stewart, Molly Stewart, Ryan Anderson (Heidi), Tracy Henion (Andy) and Joshua Kozuch (Kristin); her sister Lucille Bernard; her brother-in-law Stanley Leff; her siblings, Fran Leff, Walter Owczarzak (Dorothy), Raymond Owczarzak (Estell) and Marion Owczarzak (Irene); her siblings-in-law, Frank Kozuch (Virginia), Tony Kozuch (Freda), Stanley Kozuch (Ann), Ike Kozuch (Joan), Agnes Connelly (Frank), Mary Ann Jones (Albert) and Robert Bernard; and her caregivers, Cristy and Lexi.
