He is survived by: his children, Rodney Collins (Luann) of Midland and Rochelle Collins of Auburn; and his grandchildren, Jamie Champlin (Mike) of Hope, IN, Jacob Champlin (Kaitlyn) of Nashville, IN and Daniel Champlin (Allyson) of Whitestown, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
