Shannon Lee Laney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shannon Lee Laney of Auburn, Michigan, who passed away on March 10, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Sepos; and her grandmothers, Virgina Sepos and Catherine Josephson. She is survived by: her husband Mike Laney; her children, Michael Laney (Laura) and Megan Laney; her granddaughter Evie Laney; her brother Kory Sepos; her parents-in-law, Darlene and Archie Laney; her siblings-in-law, Debbie Tarske (Rick), Diane Eischer (Dave) and Tim Laney; her half-sister Shawn Sepos; and her stepsisters, Judi DesJarlais (Mike), Lisa Villanueva (Tom) and Schuette. She is also survived by friends of her own and many of her children's friends.
In lieu of flowers, family members have requested donations be made in Shannon's name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
