She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian Ruth Johnson (Hagerman) and Ray Johnson; her siblings, Evelyn Iden, Jerry, Vern, Tom, Don (Andrea), Jim and Larry Johnson (Betty); her nephew Charlie Iden; her daughter-in-law Katie Hoge; and her grandson Ryan Michael Hook.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Robert "Bob" Bush; her children, Tami Bush, Darlene Zwar (Jim), Chad Bush (Staci), Tyler Bush and Aaron Bush (Candi); and her brother Jack Anderson (Ellen). She is also survived by many grandkids, great grandkids, nieces and nephews.
