She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Standley and Lenna Standley (Brooks); her husband Ray F. Carnell; and her siblings, Blanche Rice (Standley), Verna Chittick (Standley), Arthur Standley and Master Albert Standley.

She is survived by: her brother Robert Standley of Augusta, MI.; her daughters, Janie Ashford, Sue Shannon and Patty Decker (Chris); her grandchildren, Lance and Sarah McCray; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Leah, Elliott, Benjamin and Caroline.
