She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bailey and LoWave Bailey (Marshall); and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie Daniels (Jerry) and Sheila Garrett; and her sister Maxine Garrett. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandson.
