It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael John Quartermaine of Augusta, Michigan, who passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Quartermaine and Velma "June" Quartermaine (Coleman); his stepfather Lloyd McDonough; his brother Frank; his sister-in-law Mary Jane Quartermaine; his sister Mary Jo Quartermaine; and his brother-in-law Pete Garland.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Carla Whitaker (Dave) of Vicksburg, MI, Peggy Damon (Dan) of Battle Creek, MI, Patrick Quartermaine (Cathy) of Collierville, TN and Lori Green (Bjorn) of Richland, MI; and his siblings, Janet Garland of Battle Creek, MI, Carol Davis of Wellston, MI and Jerry Quartermaine (Mary) of Lilly Lake, FL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
