She was predeceased by: her parents, Keren Costello and Lucille Costello (Leon "Pete" Shuart); her siblings, Dorothy Bronson, Mary Beaver, Nancy Osentoski, Dennis Costello, Keren Joseph Costello and James Costello; her niece Sherry Osentoski; her nephew Michael Beaver; and her grandson-in-law John Mata.
She is survived by: her children, Peter (Vanassa) of Arizona, Paula Jackson (Robert) of Flint, Patrick Shuart of Flint, Pamela Emmendorfer of Flint and Phillip Shuart of Bad Axe; her grandchildren, Susan Fisher (Adam), Andrea Mata, Andrew Wilson (Melissa), Ashley Shuart, Katy Belson (Adam), Brittany Emmendorfer, Tessa Pullen (Chris), Brandon Shuart (Ashley), Amanda Cocco (Tully) and Tyler Emmendorfer (Madeleine); her great grandchildren, Corbin Fisher (Sydney), Lucas Fisher, Caleb, Aiden, Annabelle, Liam Wilson, Audriaunna, Gwyneth Belson, Avery, Carter, Cameron Pullen, Olivia, Everly, River Cocco, Evelyn, Amelia Shuart and Leon Emmendorfer; her great great grandchild Steven Fisher; Maria Garcia Kliewer of Davison, Will Hemingway of Flint, Charles Wilson of Burt, John Emmendorfer of Tawas and Robert Jackson (Mallory). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Hubert Parish/Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Bad Axe (311 Whitelam St, Bad Axe, MI 48413). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials in Patricia's name may be made to AA and the Salvation Army.
