He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Cynthia Ozbat (Aaron) and Richard Scott Jr.; his sister Joyce McKenny; his grandchildren, Justin, Marisa, Elijah, Shaely and Marcus; his family, Brenda Miller (Ked), Ron Kiehl (Waynette), Terry Kiehl and John Kiehl (Patricia); and his niece Shelly Bachman.
