It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Hoaglin of Bailey, Michigan, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Ann Hoaglin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurlow Whitney and Bernice Whitney (Campbell). She is survived by: her husband Billy Lee Hoaglin; her children, Kyle Hoaglin (Sandy), Karri Wynsma (Greg), Todd Hoaglin (Jennifer) and Matthew Hoaglin (Jenny); her grandchildren, Stacey Roberts (Jared), Lyndsey Prute (Steve), Ashley Wynsma, Kylee Troche (AJ), Heather Hawley (Jeff), Dylan Bennett, Wyatt Hoaglin (Lainey), Morgan Hoaglin and Abigale Hoaglin; and her brothers, Rodney Whitney and Dale Whitney. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In honor of Ruth's lifelong strength and to help others living with MS, memorial contributions are suggested to the National MS Society through the "Remembering Ruth" team for the Traverse City MS Walk on June 14.
