He was predeceased by: his son Michael Donald. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Vickie DeSmith (Bruce), Judy Ruiter and Sandy Brockman; his grandchildren, Brock Ruiter (Kenzie), Annie DeSmith and Abby DeSmith; his great grandchild Liam Beyerlein; his sister Marie Ketvirtis; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Pelan (Joe) and George Katenin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Parish (2700 Baldwin St, Jenison, MI 49428). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
