He was predeceased by : his parents, John L Hornbach Sr. of Sandusky, Ohio. and Irene Hornbach (Rittman) of Sandusky, Ohio.; his wife Ruth Hornbach; and his siblings, Letty Lane Kermode and Charles Hornbach (Chuck) of Grand Rapids.
He is survived by : his children, Katherine Hornbach (Scott Blessley) of Tucson, AZ, Susan Hornbach of Tucson, AZ, Joan Masters (Jeff) of Ann Arbor, MI and John Hornbach (Pam) of Baldwin, MI; his granddaughter Sara McCormack (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Meadow and Jedidiah of Beaver Dam, WI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
