He is survived by: his mother Georgia Hodges of Bangor; his children, Chris Alan Cummins III, Alora LeeAnnRose Cummins, Melanie Marie Grace Cummins and Nevaeh Nova Lee Cummins; his mother Charity Cummins of Gobles; and his siblings, Vivian Lee Dukes, Chelsea Koop and Logan Cummins.
