She was predeceased by: her daughter Teresa Wilcoxson; her granddaughter Christina; and her parents, George Tippen and Devona Tippen. She is survived by: her husband William Strong; her children, Lisa Mathis (Thomas Ufkes) and Shawn Mathis (Tricia Stewart); her stepchildren, Becky Deering, Daniel Strong and Lisa Hoopes; and her siblings, Gayla Angel, Bob Tippen and Charlie Tippen. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
