He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Wy and Myrtle Van Wy; and his son Carl Robert Van Wy (Wendy). He is survived by : his wife Annie May; his children, Anna Marie Van Wy (James) and James (Nikki); his grandchildren, Chris, Neil Van Wy, Brandi Van Wy, Dustin, Cody Worden and Robbie Minor; his great grandchildren, Scotty, Kasidy, Kaylei, Anamae and Elanor; and his close friend Erwin Watson Jr..
