He was predeceased by: his parents, June Funke and Leo Funke; his sister Ellen; and his former wife Johnell. He is survived by: his wife Annie Davidson Funke; his brothers, John Funke (Wanda), Joe Funke (Diane) and Tonie Funke (Deborah); his children, Thomas Funke (Susan), Angela Westover (Scott), Timothy Funke (Shelly), Julia Funke Johnson (Bill), John Davidson (Christi) and James Davidson; his grandchildren, Abbey St (Dylan), Hazen Westover, Reese Westover, Nathaniel Funke, Maggie McKenna, Leo McKenna, Alex McKenna, Deborah McDonald (Mario), Klaus Davidson, Willamena Davidson, Mikayla Davidson, Parker Davidson and Jeremy Davidson (JD); and his great grandchildren, Michael, Austin, Nathan, Melanie and Adalyn. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hoppin Cemetery (55490 28th Ave, Bangor, MI 49013).
