He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Thompson, Jacqueline VanAvery, Lacey VanAvery, Samantha and Amanda; his grandchildren, Seth Thompson, Alexa Thompson, Brielle Thompson, Ethan Little, Aiden Hutchins, Jimmy VanAvery, Karson VanAvery, Ryder Fairbanks, Logan VanAvery, Ryan VanAvery, Adrian VanAvery and James VanAvery; and his siblings, Carol, Margaret, Kay, Sandra and Jim.
