He was predeceased by: his mother Tressa Lyzenga; his father-in-law Ted Gibbs; his brother-in-law Jack Schrotenboer; his granddaughter Margaret; and his former wife Trudy Lyzenga.
He is survived by: his children, Brett Lyzenga (Christina), Nathan Lyzenga, Jessica Rodriquez, Tricia Scott (Shannon), Timothy Lyzenga (Carol), Edward Everett (Susan) and Christopher Fore; his wife Evelyn Fore; his father Bern Lyzenga; his siblings, Thomas Lyzenga (Deborah) and Linda Gritter (David); his mother-in-law Mary Gibbs; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Schrotenboer and Helen (Craig). He is also survived by children, he is survived by fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
