Roy G. Sumner Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy G. Sumner of Bangor, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roy G. Sumner to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sumner and Ruby Sumner (McWhirter); and his sons, Dale and David Sumner. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his son Dean Sumner (Linda); his daughter-in-law Trudy Sumner; and his granddaughters, Heather, Amanda, Kelly, Emily, Steena, Kelsey, Shannon and Stefanie. He is also survived by 5 great grandsons; a great grand daughter; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family suggests memorials be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
