He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wooster and Lillian Wooster (Doe); and his siblings, Eugene Wooster, Sharma Alexander and Charles Wooster.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Locklear-Wooster; his children, Michael Locklear, Carriann Withers (Ricky), Corrinna Hernandez (Aaron), Joshua Wooster and Dustin Wooster (Farron); his grandsons, Dalton, Jacob, Devon, Gage and Colin; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Avery. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
