She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine Tassell and Mike Goretzka; her nephews, Jonathan (Colleen) and James (Kris); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler (Kelly), Connie, Jacob, Alex (Bethany), Brianna, Avery, Megan and Daniel; her stepchildren, Alice Rhodes (Daniel) and Mont Reed (Nina); her grandchildren, Daniel (Cynthia), London, Nora (Zac) and Brickner; her great great grandchildren, Duke, Elle, Joshua (Jackie), Kashton, Kohen, Knox, Klaire and Brad (Lindsey); Felix.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Pat may be made to Meals on Wheels or Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods.
