He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline Siewert (Haase) and Walter Siewert. He is survived by: his wife Donna Siewert; and his daughters, Elizabeth Burrows (Dee), Roberta Siewert (Jose) and Melissa Carpenter (Al). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
