He was predeceased by: his wife Cindi; and his granddaughter Lucy. He is survived by: his sons, Keith Doll of Highland and Brett Doll (Christy) of Ludington, Michigan; and his grandson Harry.
In honor of Roger's memory, the family kindly asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
