Bronis (Webb); her husband Leo Richter; her parents, Manuel Rhoads and Verna Rhoads; her siblings, Thelma Goodwin (Waldron), Neoma Sprague (Rhoads), Marion Holsinger (Rhoads), Nathaniel "Pete" Rhoads and Manuel "Junior" Rhoads; and her grandson Daniel Bronis.
She is survived by: her children, Jean A. "Jeannie" Pogue, Karleen "Karla" K. Domanski (Webb), Melody J. Pogue and Timothy C. Rizor (Sheila); her grandchildren, Gabriel L. Doherty (Jaime), Katrina R. Kolawole (Femi), Amanda M. Succaw (Glen), Holly M. Cupp, Maxwell J. Whitmore, Ivy L. Cook (Jacob), Nathaniel J. Bronis (Holly) and David C. Bronis; her great grandchildren, Joslyn, Piper, William Doherty, Thomas Kolawole, Jaydalyn Whitmore, Matthew, Michael, Mitchell, Mason, Marley, Milo Cupp and Rachel Castaneda Whitmore; and also Manuel Harlo Rhoads. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
