He was predeceased by : his father Thomas Decker Jr.; his sister Mary Jo; and his grandparents, Tom, Joyce Decker and Patricia Lee.

He is survived by : his mother Jennifer Decker; his brother Tom Decker (Michelle); his nephew Joey; and his niece Nina. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial Contributions in Doug's honor may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society.
