He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Ernest and Elaine Esther Barnard (Cushman); his brother Jimmy Barnard; his wife Cindy Barnard; his sister-in-law Geet Barnard; and his uncle Gordy Barnard (Kathy).

He is survived by: his son Andy (Natalie Barnard); his grandchildren, Braedyn and Autumn; his girlfriend Ginger Fullerton; his siblings, Terry Barnard, Deb (Don Adams), Ardel (Rusty Sumner), Todd (Skeet Barnard) and Mark (Colleen Barnard); and his extended family, Dan Bell and Joe Wessel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family to help with final expenses.
