He is survived by: his children, Candy Roseann Thurman (John), Ronald Miller Jr., Ricky Holey Jr. (Meredith) and Jason Holey; his wife Cynthia; his son Benjamin Holey (Sharla); and his siblings, Fred Miller (Dee) and Hope Blythe (Sean). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his 26 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
