He was predeceased by: his father William G. Miekka. He is survived by: his wife Tara; his daughters, Maddison and Elizabeth; his mother Pamela K. Miekka (Witt); and his sister Melissa Sutphen (John). He is also survived by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
