He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Haefner and Mathilda Haefner (Lurz); his daughter Mary Ellen; and his son-in-law Robert Roach. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Albert D. Haefner (Denise) of Ballwin, MO and Jane Haefner of Battle Creek; and his brother John Haefner of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by seven granddaughters, six great-granddaughters, two great grandsons.
