She is survived by: her children, Kathy Shamplo (Russ), Sid Waffle, Marie Hood (Thomas) and Julie Sizemore (Robert); her stepchildren, Tim Stamp (Stephanie) and Lori Jewell (Lonnie); her grandchildren, Amber Leatherman, Chandler Hamman, Courtney Hamman, Logan Shamplo, Stephanie Stephenson (Jeff), Tyler Waffle, Dylan Waffle, Ryan Waffle, Sydney Waffle and Aubrey Woods (John Scantlen); her stepgrandchildren, Kristen Hess (Jason), Laura McKneight (Tom), Aaryn Jewell and Shaynyn Jewell; her great grandchildren, Kyle Leatherman, Carson Leatherman, Ryker Waffle, Natalie Waffle, Hydrick Waffle, Mya Hamman and Daxx Hamman; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Mia McKneight.
