She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pearce and Pearl Pearce; her husband John F. Lawson; her grandson John Keith Root; and her siblings, George Pearce, Andrew Jackson Pearce, Mary Rilla Hansen, Marge House, Hess Johnson and Lutie Livingston.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Lawson (Mary Jo), Denise Root (Kenny), Ben Lawson (Deborah), Len Lawson (Marlene), Van Lawson (Michelle), Kathy Johnson (Dan) and Clarke Lawson (Susan); her sisters, Betty Cornelison and Faye Wells; and her sister-in-law Nancy Kinney. She is also survived by 44 grandchildren and 60 great-grandchildren, along with many loving nieces and nephews and her church family.
