She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude D. Drake and Fern E. Drake (Eddy); her former husband Franklin B. Thomas; her husband David P. Clark; her daughters, Cheri Clark and Pam Bachtel; her stepbrothers, Randall Drake, Claude Drake, Kimball Drake and Kermit Drake; her nephew Jeff Drake (Brian Drake); her grandparents, John and Pearl Eddy; her uncles, Elmer Eddy and Emery Eddy; and her aunt Ruth Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Clark of Columbus, OH, John Clark (Trish) of Montague, MI, Scott Clark of Battle Creek, MI and Anne Taft Clark; and her brothers, Roy Drake (Phyllis), Larry Drake (Cheryl) of Houston, TX, Jerry Drake (Kathy) of Houston, TX and Roger Drake (Eupha) of Lumberton, NC. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 great great Grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or LoveShriners in honor of Annie.
