She was predeceased by: her parents, William Maxfield and Helen Maxfield (Swinford); her husband Gerald; her son Todd Mazo; and her brother Loynal Maxfield.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Gott, Brian Gott, Lori Bagent and James Mazo; her sister Debbie McDowell (Roy); her niece Kathy Maxfield; and her daughter-in-law Christina Mazo. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grand daughter.
