He was predeceased by: his wife Joan. He is survived by: his children, Michael Curtis (Pamela), Christie O'Hara (Jeffrey), Scott Curtis, Kathy Lichtenberger and Carla Crooks (Michael). He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, their spouses, and nine great grandchildren.
