Sakowicz in Battle Creek, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Sakowicz and Anna "Angie" Sakowicz; his brother Jerry Sakowicz; and his son Jeffrey Sakowicz. He is survived by: his wife Becky Sakowicz; his sons, Dan Sakowicz (Amy) and Greg Sakowicz; his granddaughter Analia; his sister Roberta "Bertie" Mleczewski (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Sakowicz (Jerry), Jane Smith (John), Louanne Lasher (Bill) and John Knudsen (Bridgette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with great-nieces and great-nephews.
