He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hollingsworth and Virginia Hollingsworth (Watts); and his brother George Wayne Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Hollingsworth (Kelly) of Soddy Daisy, TN. and Adam Hollingsworth (Daci) of Union City, MI.; his sister Cheryl Hollingsworth of Greenville, SC.; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Hollingsworth of Tipton, OH.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
