It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Leiter of Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Van Buren Street, Stanley and Mable Marquart (Lee); her sons, Thomas Leiter (Lori) and Jeff Leiter (Chris); her daughter-in-law Cris Leiter; her husband Charles A. Leiter; her siblings, Richard C. Marquart and Marilyn Joan Glanis (Jo); and her sons, David S. Leiter and Richard L. Leiter. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of South Central Michigan.
