She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter F. Cooper and Gladys Mae Cooper (Mattingley); her grandson Leo E. Pelchat; and her brother Harvey Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Pelchat; her children, Cheryl Smith, Jackie Pelchat, Franklin Pelchat and Shawn Pelchat; her grandchildren, Michael D. Blackburn, Lysset D. Lyons and Dylan W. Pelchat; and her brother Duuane Cooper.
