She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon E. Marten and Bernadean J. Marten (Blowers); and her sister Leoda Spooner. She is survived by: her husband Larry Cochensparger; her daughters, Nika Jo McCarty (Kevin), Gina Lee Farkas (Carl) and Lari Ann Laird (Sam); and her sister Valeeda Tew. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorial tributes may be made to Bedford Bible Church, the Alzheimer's Association, or the Dementia Society of America.
