He is survived by: his parents, Mike Koch and Dusty O'Connell (Mike VanDenOever); his siblings, Dustin O'Connell (Victoria) and Brittany Miedema (Casey); his grandparents, Debra O'Connell and Gary Koch; his aunts, Diana Force (Kevin) and Dawn Long (Lee); his uncle Christopher Koch; and his cousins, Justin Force (Jena), Brent Force, Aaron Force, Andrew Daniels, Destalee Long and Ceanna Long.

Memorial donations may be made to the family or the funeral home towards funeral expenses.
