He is survived by: his mother Sandy Kay McIlvain (Hart); his children, Lyle McIlvain (Malena) and Leah McIlvain; his brother Corey McIlvain; his nephew Colin McIlvain; his grandmother Geneva Miller; his uncle Steve Hart (Sharon); his former wife Cathy Brandau; and his close friends, Ed Michela and Jennifer Lynn.
